Ian's passion is using massage to assist people in promoting self-healing.

Ian has gone through many lifestyle changes; from this he has come to believe that massage exercises can strengthen our body’s condition and help our joints to remain healthy and pain free.

In his spare time, he love the freedom of feeling movements such as calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, Pilates, and yoga.

Ian also volunteer in Canberra’s local community, performing traditional Chinese dragon and lion dance to promote my Chinese culture.

Ian's mission is to help people live a happier, active, and pain-free life through sharing his extensive knowledge in massage and holistic well-being, and together we can.
