Sarah is the founder of the W Wellness Centre in Bungendore. Established in 2015, she grew her clinic from one massage table to a multi-disciplinary centre offering a range of Wellness Solutions. Her passion is supporting her clients through their healthy ageing and Wellness journey.  This has seen her specialise in a variety of techniques that support a whole-body solution. She is a holistic therapeutic therapist and works with individuals to assist with the impact on our bodies due to daily life and environmental challenges, incorporating different massage and body techniques with bespoke treatment plans to suit your needs. 

Paula, a local with a Diploma in Beauty, is passionate about skin and body wellness. She specializes in clinical skin therapies focused on slowing the ageing process and promoting overall skin health. Paula offers a range of services including BBR, hair removal, skin rejuvenation,, signature facials, and customized skin and body treatments that blend cosmetical and nutraceutical products with holistic techniques.

With her gentle touch and caring energy, Paula is committed to providing exceptional, personalised treatments.

Jade is a passionate remedial massage therapist who specialises in sports injury rehabilitation. After struggling with knee pain from two ACL repairs, she pursued a Diploma of Remedial Massage at CIT. Jade has experience working with clients with disabilities and sports injuries, including the Australian women’s rugby union team and the Brumbies. Her services are also eligible for private health insurance claims.

Pearl is a skilled therapist specialising in various remedial therapies, including massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and reflexology. With a background in community education, she takes a holistic approach to support her clients' physical health and well-being.

Ian is passionate about using massage to support self-healing and improve overall body health. Through his personal lifestyle changes, he believes massage and exercises can strengthen the body, helping maintain joint health and prevent pain.

In his free time, Ian enjoys calisthenics, Pilates, and yoga. He also volunteers in the Canberra community, promoting Chinese culture through traditional dragon and lion dance.

Ian’s mission is to help others live a happier, pain-free, and active life by sharing his knowledge of massage and holistic well-being.

Theodore is an AHPRA-registered acupuncturist with 13 years experience. He practices a gentle but powerful style of Japanese acupuncture called Meridian Therapy. He underwent a two year apprenticeship, along with training intensives, to learn this system.

He has a strong commitment to providing inclusive care. Fat-friendliness and LGBTQIA-friendliness are important to Theodore.

Theodore also has a deep interest in the leading edge consciousness skills developed by Rose Rosetree, including Empath Skills and Aura Reading (AKA Energetic Literacy).
